PCAOB’s ServiceNow portal serves as the communication tool between the Tech Support team and the board’s employees and contractors. My role in this project included facilitating and organizing user test sessions and also presenting the resulting UX/UI design recommendations to a cross functional project team. I was also actively involved in card sorting sessions and other user needs and behavior research activities such as focus groups and user interviews. Other activities included wireframe and prototype design, iconography evaluation and visual design enhancements.
