a seasoned interactive media professional with extensive experience solving user experience problems while fulfilling design and business requirements.

I completed the 12 week Mastering Design Thinking course offered by MIT Sloan School of Management. It was a hands on and interactive program with several individual and team assignments. The major take-aways include a deeper understanding of the value of early, rapid prototyping in the design process and how to benchmark customer needs and product specifications.

Reading non-fiction books is one of favorite hobbies, Malcolm Gladwell and Seth Godin are two authors whose books have influenced me a lot. I also write short articles on a variety of topics ranging from Design to Artificial Intelligence.

Zeigarnik Effect
Psychological Design Pattern

The Zeigarnik effect is the psychological tendency to easily remember incomplete or interrupted tasks. Completed tasks tend to be easily forgotten. In other words, interrupted or incomplete tasks occupy the forefront of our memories and thought processes.

My design was voted 1st runner up in a competition among the 120+ employees in the department. I was asked to design the new logo because the leadership team wanted my concept integrated in the final logo.
